When do I need to sign up by?
Sign ups close the 25th of every month. For example, if you want to receive mail club in October, you will need to sign up by September 25th.
When do monthly packages ship?
Monthly packages ship out the 5th of the month (sometimes sooner)
How long will it take my package to arrive?
All mail is sent via postage stamp; therefore, depending on your location, shipping can take between 4-10 days.
How does billing work?
Upon placing your first order, you will be charged immediately. This payment covers your welcome package, which is shipped 2-3 days after placing your first order. Following this initial order, you can expect to be charged for the subscription the first of every month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Additionally, you are able to rejoin at any time!
